Gaza Herald – The Palestinian Ministry of Health started examining the bodies of recently released martyrs yesterday, after receiving them from the Red Cross. The effort aims to identify the victims and document their cases.
Due to the ongoing Israeli siege, the ministry lacks the proper forensic equipment to carry out these examinations effectively. The shortage of essential tools complicates the identification process and delays proper medical documentation.
Israel has consistently blocked the entry of specialized equipment and materials into Gaza, forcing health authorities to work under extremely limited conditions. Despite these constraints, medical teams are proceeding with the examinations as thoroughly as possible.
