Gaza Herald- Around 254 journalists in Gaza have been killed, including 44 in displacement tents during the Israeli genocide, according to the Freedoms Committee of the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate.
On Sunday, the committee stated that Israel has deliberately targeted journalists in Gaza, shelling displacement tents near hospitals and UNRWA shelters and carrying out direct sniper attacks across various refugee areas throughout the Gaza Strip.
The report stated that the journalists who were killed, all working for local and international media organizations, were mostly documenting the poor living conditions in displacement tents under Israeli-imposed restrictions.
The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate underscored that the unprecedented number of journalists killed is part of a deliberate targeting aimed at silencing the truth and covering up the brutal actions committed by Israel against the people of Gaza.
