Gaza Herald – Israeli forces killed two Palestinian civilians on Thursday as ceasefire violations across the Gaza Strip continued for the 110th consecutive day, marked by live fire, artillery shelling, and demolition operations in multiple areas.
Medical and local sources identified the victim as Ahmed Ramzi Barbakah, 32, who was shot dead while present in the Al-Barbakah neighborhood along the Red Cross Street in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
In a separate incident, a 19-year-old Palestinian was killed by Israeli occupation forces outside their deployment areas in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.
Since the ceasefire agreement came into force, Israeli forces have killed 508 Palestinians and injured 1,356 others as a result of repeated violations, according to documented figures.
The ongoing breaches come in the broader context of Israel’s genocide in Gaza, launched on October 7, 2023, which has killed more than 71,667 Palestinians and wounded over 171,343, while destroying nearly 90% of civilian infrastructure, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at $70 billion.
