Gaza Herald – The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirms that Israeli forces have killed 241 Palestinians and wounded 619 others since the so-called ceasefire took effect on October 11, as attacks, shelling, and sniper fire continue across the Gaza Strip.
At least 528 bodies have been recovered from rubble and roadways during this period, but many more remain inaccessible as rescue teams are blocked or targeted while attempting to retrieve them.
In the past 24 hours alone, one Palestinian was killed and five others wounded, while six new bodies were pulled from destroyed neighborhoods and transferred to hospitals. Civil defense teams say numerous victims still lie under collapsed homes and in open streets where Israeli drones and ground units continue firing.
According to the Ministry of Health, the overall toll of Israel’s genocidal war since October 7, 2023 has now risen to 69,176 Palestinians killed, the majority women and children, and 170,690 wounded. Thousands remain missing, presumed killed under the rubble.
Despite international claims of a ceasefire, Gaza continues to endure slow-motion extermination, where death comes in silence, deprivation, and the unrelenting collapse of all basic life systems. The so-called truce has not stopped the killing; it has merely changed its pace.
