Israel Blocks Journalists From Entering Gaza to Control War Narrative

Gaza Herald – Israel continues to bar independent journalists and media crews from entering Gaza while simultaneously targeting Palestinian reporters on the ground, a move aimed at controlling global perception of the genocide and preventing documentation of its ongoing crimes.

Despite the so-called ceasefire, Palestinian journalists inside Gaza report constant drone surveillance, shelling nearby, and deliberate intimidation, making every moment of reporting life-threatening. Yet they continue to document attacks, displacement, and mass civilian suffering, often becoming targets themselves.

Press freedom organizations warn that Gaza has become the most dangerous place in the world for journalists, as Israel works to seal off the Strip both physically and informationally, to ensure the world sees only the version of events it chooses to reveal.
