Gaza Herald – Gaza’s Government Media Office said on Sunday that Israeli forces have committed 3,795 violations of the October 2025 ceasefire agreement over the 280 days since it came into effect, resulting in the killing of 1,168 Palestinians, the injury of 3,734 others, and the detention of 149 Palestinians.
In a report, the office said the violations include continued military attacks, shootings, shelling, arrests, and other breaches that have persisted despite the ceasefire agreement.
The report also highlighted Israel’s failure to meet its humanitarian obligations under the agreement. It said only 59,613 aid trucks have entered the Gaza Strip out of the 168,000 trucks that were expected to arrive by this stage, representing just 35% of the agreed deliveries.
According to the report, Israel has also allowed only 9,268 Palestinians to travel through the Rafah crossing, despite an expected 24,600 travelers under the agreement, amounting to a compliance rate of 37%.
The Government Media Office held Israel fully responsible for the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza and urged mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement to compel Israel to implement all of its commitments and end what it described as ongoing violations of the truce.
