Gaza Herald – Al-Qassam spokesperson Abu Obaida said the brigades handled the files of prisoners and Israeli corpses with complete transparency, fulfilling all obligations outlined in the ceasefire agreement. All living prisoners and recovered bodies were handed over as quickly as possible, without delay.
He emphasized that this achievement came despite Israel’s repeated violations and massacres during the ceasefire period, stressing that Al-Qassam has no interest in delaying the process and is committed to closing the matter in full, in the interest of the Palestinian people.
Abu Obaida explained that the brigades operated under tough and nearly impossible conditions to extract and hand over all Israeli corpses, with oversight from mediators, and urged them to ensure Israel implements the agreement without evasion or stalling.
Regarding the Israeli soldier Ran Gily’s body, he confirmed that Al-Qassam provided mediators with all available information, noting that Israeli forces have already begun searches at a site based on the details shared by the brigades, highlighting the accuracy of the information.
