Hamas reported that over 100 days since the ceasefire, Israel carried out 1,298 violations, resulting in 483 killed, including 169 children and 64 women, and 1,294 injuries, with 96.3% of the fatalities inside the “Yellow Line” zone. The violations included 200 demolitions of homes and civilian areas, plus 50 arrests, including fishermen at sea.

Humanitarian sources confirmed the death of a six-month-old infant from extreme cold, raising child fatalities this winter to nine. Displaced families remain in dire conditions, lacking adequate shelter and heating due to severe restrictions on aid access.

Medical authorities also warned of increasing deaths from influenza and its variants, exacerbated by weakened immunity from harsh living conditions and severe shortages of medicines, including cancer treatments, dialysis supplies, and chronic disease medications.
