Israeli Forces Carry Out Large Scale Demolitions, Airstrikes in Southern Gaza

Gaza Herald – Israeli forces carried out widespread demolition operations and multiple airstrikes across southern Gaza early Sunday, continuing repeated violations of the ceasefire.

Local reports said Israeli troops detonated large areas in Rafah, while warplanes launched successive air raids on the city amid heavy aerial presence.

Israeli tanks and military vehicles opened fire in eastern areas of central Gaza, including near Bureij refugee camp, as artillery shells and flares were fired around Khan Younis.

Intense gunfire was also reported from Israeli helicopters and armored units targeting eastern Gaza City and northern areas, including Jabalia.

The attacks came despite an ongoing ceasefire in place since October 10, underscoring Israel’s continued military escalation and systematic violations across Gaza.
