Gaza Herald – Two Palestinian civilians were killed at Al-Alam Junction in Al-Mawasi area of southern Rafah after Israeli forces opened fire, in a fresh violation targeting civilians in Gaza’s southern corridor.
The bodies were left at the scene as Israeli forces prevented ambulances and residents from reaching the area, according to local sources, compounding the killing with an enforced denial of medical and humanitarian access.
The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip said that Israeli forces committed 1,244 violations of the ceasefire during its first phase, resulting in the killing, injury, and detention of 1,760 Palestinians since the truce came into effect.
