Gaza Herald – Israeli forces carried out new assaults across the eastern Gaza Strip early Tuesday, bombarding neighborhoods and blowing up homes in a continuation of systematic ceasefire violations.
Residents in Khan Younis reported that Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on the Sheikh Nasser neighborhood at dawn, while artillery shelled eastern areas of the city.
In Gaza City, the Israeli occupation forces detonated several residential homes east of the Strip, including in al-Shujaiya area.
Overnight, a child was injured when an Israeli airstrike hit the vicinity of Hassan al-Banna Mosque in western Khan Younis, one of multiple attacks targeting displaced families and residential zones inside the so-called ceasefire framework.
The latest attacks came after a deadly Monday in which seven Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli strikes.
Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, Israel has committed hundreds of violations, killing 347 Palestinians and wounding 871 others. Gaza officials say the ongoing genocide has already left nearly 70,000 Palestinians killed, more than 171,000 injured, and 90% of the Strip’s civilian infrastructure destroyed.
