Israeli Airstrike Kills Multiple Members of Abu Zubeida Family in Al-Bureij Camp

Gaza Herald- An Israeli airstrike struck the home of the Abu Zubeida family in Al-Bureij refugee camp last night, resulting in the deaths of multiple family members and leaving others injured.

The victims include the mother, her son Mohammad and his wife, her daughters Laila and Islam, and Islam’s children, Jad and Joud, who remain trapped under the rubble. Rescue teams are still attempting to reach them.

The Abu Zubeida family had previously suffered the loss of one of their daughters, who was buried alongside seven other girls from the Ismail family in a single grave. This latest attack adds to the family’s devastating losses, marking another tragic chapter in their ongoing suffering.

Neighbors and humanitarian sources report that the family home was completely destroyed in the overnight strike, leaving surviving members with injuries of varying severity. The incident highlights the ongoing risks faced by civilians in Gaza, particularly families living in densely populated refugee camps.
