Gaza Herald – A Palestinian man was killed on Thursday by an Israeli strike in southern Gaza as ceasefire violations continued across the territory.
According to local sources, 33-year-old Yousef Khalil Ahmad Mansour was killed in an Israeli drone strike targeting Al-Barwil area in Mawasi Rafah.
Israeli tanks also opened heavy fire on the eastern areas of the Gaza Strip. Witnesses reported intense gunfire from Israeli military vehicles targeting eastern Khan Younis, while Israeli drones flew at low altitude over the city. Additional heavy gunfire was reported in the northeastern parts of Khan Younis.
The escalation comes a day after an Israeli strike killed a journalist and injured others when a vehicle was targeted in Gaza City.
Israeli forces have continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, with ongoing attacks resulting in the killing of more than 720 Palestinians and injuries to hundreds more.
