Health Ministry: Two Killed and 25 Injured in Gaza Over 48 Hours

Gaza Herald- The Palestinian Ministry of Health has reported new casualties in the Gaza Strip over the past hours, as Israeli military operations continue and access to victims remains severely restricted.

In its daily statistical report issued on Saturday, the ministry stated that two fatalities and 25 injured individuals were admitted to hospitals across the Strip within the past 48 hours.

It noted that several victims remain trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.

The ministry added that, since the ceasefire on 10 October, the total number of fatalities has reached 715, with 1,968 injuries recorded, alongside 756 recovered bodies.

According to official figures, the cumulative death toll since the start of the offensive on 7 October 2023 has risen to 72,291, with 172,068 people injured—highlighting the continuing and severe human cost of the ongoing conflict.
