Israeli Army Renews Attacks Across Gaza in 24‑Hour Escalation

Gaza Herald- The Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of intense military actions across the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, including air, sea, and artillery attacks targeting civilian areas. The strikes hit multiple locations in southern and central Gaza, raising fears of a deeper escalation.

According to field reports, around 07:00 a.m. local time, Israeli helicopter gunships opened fire in eastern Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Minutes later, artillery shells struck areas east of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. At approximately 07:03 a.m., Israeli naval vessels unleashed heavy fire into the Mediterranean waters off Khan Younis city’s coast.

Shortly after, at 07:10 a.m., intense aerial gunfire from Israeli aircraft was reported over the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis. At 07:12 a.m., the barrage extended to the northeastern area of Al‑Qarara, also east of Khan Younis.
