Explosions lit up entire neighborhoods as armored vehicles detonated booby-trapped rigs in Al-Sabra to the south and in Sheikh Radwan and Al-Nasr to the west.
At the same time, invading tanks and military vehicles unleashed constant gunfire along multiple incursion axes inside the city. The result was a night of terror where entire districts shook under Israel’s onslaught.
This escalation is not random but part of Israel’s ongoing “Gideon 2” operation, a systematic campaign designed to dismantle Gaza through urban annihilation. The operation, launched earlier this year, intensifies waves of bombardment before ground forces advance, turning densely populated neighborhoods into battlefields.
Last night’s ferocious assaults were a direct extension of this strategy, meant to weaken what remains of the city’s resilience, targeting both its people and infrastructure in an unfolding genocide that spares neither the living nor the land.
