Gaza Herald – The Israeli military continued its attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip, resulting in Palestinian casualties and exacerbating the humanitarian crisis. The Health Ministry reported that the cumulative number of martyrs since October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,615.
On Tuesday, two Palestinians were killed and others injured by a drone strike targeting civilians near the University College gate in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. A girl also died from injuries sustained in an attack on the Municipal Park in central Gaza, according to local reports.
The Health Ministry stated that six martyrs and 27 wounded arrived at hospitals in the past twenty-four hours. This includes five new martyrs and one who succumbed to wounds. Since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, the ministry recorded 1,599 martyrs and 5,774 injured, alongside the recovery of 847 bodies.
The Government Media Office announced on Monday that it had documented 5,989 ceasefire violations committed by Israeli forces since the truce started. These breaches resulted in 1,593 deaths and 5,748 injuries, plus 217 arrests.
Violations during October alone totaled 753 incidents. These included 346 shooting incidents, 310 bombing operations, 64 demolitions of homes and facilities, 21 military vehicle incursions, and 12 arrests.
Regarding aid deliveries, 3,777 trucks entered Gaza in October out of the 18,600 agreed upon, representing a compliance rate of roughly 20.3 percent. The average daily entry was approximately 122 trucks, far below the 600 stipulated by the agreement.
Travel through the Rafah crossing saw 802 movements in both directions against a target of 4,200, achieving a 19.1 percent compliance rate amid restrictions on movement.
More than two million Palestinians face harsh conditions amidst widespread destruction, shortages of essential supplies, and ongoing constraints on fuel and aid imports, hindering recovery efforts.
