Gaza Herald – Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, has risen to 1,252, amid continued Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip.
According to the ministry’s daily statistical report, two bodies and 10 injured Palestinians arrived at hospitals across Gaza over the past 24 hours following ongoing Israeli strikes targeting residential areas.
The ministry said many victims remain trapped beneath the rubble or lying in areas inaccessible to rescue teams due to continued bombardment and widespread destruction of infrastructure, preventing ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
Since the ceasefire began, Israeli attacks have also left 4,120 Palestinians injured, while rescue teams have recovered 804 bodies from beneath collapsed buildings.
The ministry added that the overall toll since the start of Israel’s military offensive on October 7, 2023, has climbed to 73,377 Palestinians killed and 174,230 injured, as Gaza’s healthcare system continues to struggle under severe shortages of medical supplies and overwhelming casualty numbers.
