Gaza Herald – Israeli attacks and ceasefire violations continued across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, with renewed airstrikes, ground incursions, and gunfire reported in several areas, further worsening an already fragile humanitarian situation.
Medical sources announced the killing of Adam Abu Hadaid, who succumbed to wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli strike near Street 5 in Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. His killing adds to the growing number of casualties recorded since the ceasefire agreement came into effect.
Israeli aircraft also targeted a displacement camp in the Sheikh Ajleen neighborhood southwest of Gaza City, causing extensive destruction to shelters housing displaced families. The attack reportedly left dozens of families homeless once again after their tents and temporary living spaces were damaged.
Additional airstrikes struck areas near Al-Khazindar Station close to Al-Sudaniya in northwestern Gaza City, while separate attacks targeted Al-Tuffah neighborhood in the northeast of the city, including land surrounding the Gaza Martyrs School.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation ground forces reportedly advanced into Al-Atatra area of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, surrounding displaced families living in tents. Israeli military vehicles also opened fire toward northeastern Khan Younis, according to local sources.
According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire began on 10 October 2025 has reached 1,028, with 3,280 injuries recorded. The overall toll since the start of the genocide on 7 October 2023 has risen to 73,040 killed and 173,388 wounded, while recovery teams have retrieved 785 bodies since the ceasefire took effect.
