17 Killed in 48 Hours as Gaza Genocide Death Toll Surpasses 72,000

Gaza Herald- The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that 17 people were killed and brought to hospitals across the Gaza Strip over the past 48 hours, including 13 within the last 24 hours, along with 32 injured people.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the ministry said that the total number of casualties since the ceasefire began on October 11 has reached 809 killed and 2,267 injured, in addition to 761 bodies recovered.

It added that the cumulative toll since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,585 killed and 172,370 injured.

The ministry warned that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them.
