Palestinian Killed by Israeli Gunfire Amid Ongoing Attacks in Gaza

Gaza Herald – A Palestinian man, Khalil Nasr, was killed after being shot in the head by Israeli forces in Halawa Camp, marking the latest victim of the Israeli ongoing ceasefire violations across the Gaza Strip.

The incident comes as Israeli forces intensify attacks on the eastern areas of Gaza. According to local reports, Israeli naval vessels fired shells toward the coast of Khan Younis, while military vehicles opened fire east of the city and in central Gaza.

Israeli helicopters also reportedly fired toward eastern areas, with repeated attacks occurring near civilian locations and displacement zones.

These developments are part of a continuing pattern of ceasefire violations, including artillery shelling, aerial attacks, and demolition operations in areas referred to as the “yellow line,” alongside ongoing restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid, goods, and movement.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025 has risen to 775 victims, with 2,171 injuries and 761 bodies recovered.

The overall toll since October 7, 2023 has reached approximately 72,551 killed and 172,274 injured, reflecting the heavy human cost of the ongoing Israeli war in Gaza.
