Gaza Herald – The Gaza Ministry of Health reported on Wednesday that Israel’s ongoing offensive has claimed the lives of 72,289 Palestinians and left 172,040 injured since the start of the genocide on 7 October 2023.
In the past 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received four new victims and 12 injuries, the ministry said in its daily statement. Since the ceasefire went into effect on 11 October 2025, the total death toll has reached 713, with 1,940 injuries recorded and 756 bodies recovered.
Authorities noted that many victims remain trapped under rubble or in the streets, as emergency and rescue teams continue to face severe obstacles in reaching them.
