Gaza Herald- Since the start of Eid al-Fitr and up to now, 9 people have been killed, including one who died from previous injuries, and 30 others have been injured and transported to hospitals across the Strip, the Palestinian Ministry of Health revealed.
In a statement released Monday, the ministry said that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number has reached 687 killed and 1,845 injured, in addition to 756 bodies recovered.
The ministry added that the cumulative toll since the beginning of the Israeli assault on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,263 killed and 171,944 injured.
It also noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them.
