Israeli Fire Kills Child, Levels Homes Across Southern Gaza

Gaza Herald – A three-year-old child was killed after Israeli naval forces shelled tents sheltering displaced families in Al-Iqlimi area south of Khan Younis, southern Gaza.

The child, Iyad Ahmed Naeem Al-Rabay’a, was struck during the bombardment as part of ongoing Israeli ceasefire violations across the enclave.

On Monday, Israeli forces carried out large-scale demolition operations in eastern Khan Younis, blowing up entire residential blocks. The destruction was accompanied by intense tank fire targeting surrounding neighborhoods, further endangering civilians in already devastated areas.

Israeli military vehicles stationed along Khan Younis’ eastern border continued firing live ammunition, while additional armored units advanced and opened indiscriminate fire in the Juhor al-Dik area in central Gaza, according to local reports.

These attacks came as part of sustained Israeli breaches of the ceasefire agreement in place since October, with ground assaults, demolitions, and live fire persisting across multiple parts of the Gaza Strip.
