Gaza Herald – The Israeli forces have killed three Palestinian journalists, raising the number of media martyrs in Gaza to 260 since the start of the ongoing genocidal war.
The journalists were identified as Abdul Raouf Samir Shaat, Mohammed Salah Qashta, and Anas Abdullah Ghanim, all of whom worked for multiple media outlets across the Strip.
The Government Media Office condemned the systematic targeting and assassination of Palestinian journalists, calling on the International Federation of Journalists, the Federation of Arab Journalists, and other global media bodies to publicly denounce these attacks.
The statement held Israel, along with supporting states, fully responsible for committing these crimes and urged the international community to pursue accountability in international courts.
Prayers and condolences were extended to the families of the slain journalists, and wishes for a swift recovery were made for those injured in ongoing attacks against media professionals in Gaza.
