Gaza Herald – Israeli forces continued their operations across Gaza on the 89th day of the ceasefire violations, carrying out demolitions, artillery fire, and airstrikes in multiple areas. One Palestinian was killed near the Bani Suhaila roundabout east of Khan Younis during the past 24 hours.
Human rights groups documented repeated expansions of Israeli-controlled areas within the so-called “Yellow Line,” which grew from 53% to over 60% in the last three weeks. Israeli troops moved concrete blocks marking the line and prohibited Palestinians from crossing them.
In addition to territorial control, Israeli forces carried out demolitions east of Khan Younis, struck eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City with air raids, and destroyed remaining residential buildings in areas under their control. Tanks fired on Al-Tuffah neighborhood, and similar operations targeted eastern Jabalia and eastern Deir al-Balah.
Hospitals reported two fatalities, one recovered from the rubble, and ten injuries over the past 24 hours. Rescue teams continued to search for survivors and recover bodies amid ongoing bombardment.
Since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, Israeli attacks have killed 424 Palestinians and wounded 1,199, with 685 bodies recovered. Overall casualties since October 7, 2023, now stand at 71,391 dead and 171,279 injured.
