Gaza Herald – Israeli warplanes carried out intense airstrikes east of Khan Younis on Friday, while artillery fire and demolition operations continued across eastern Gaza, according to Palestinian media. Multiple strikes hit residential areas as helicopters and armored vehicles opened heavy gunfire around the city.
Reports said at least four airstrikes targeted different parts of Khan Younis, coinciding with large-scale demolitions that leveled homes, underscoring a sustained military assault despite the ceasefire agreed in October.
In Rafah, Israeli helicopters fired into residential neighborhoods, while naval gunboats shelled the coast of Khan Younis, expanding the assault by land, air, and sea as more than 400 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect.
