Gaza Herald- The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released its daily update on casualties resulting from the ongoing Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip.
Over the past 24 hours, five Palestinians were confirmed dead, one newly killed, and four bodies recovered from the rubble, alongside three injured people.
Rescue teams continue to face immense difficulty reaching victims still trapped under collapsed buildings or lying in open areas due to access restrictions and ongoing insecurity.
Since the ceasefire declared on October 11, a total of 406 people have been killed, 1,118 wounded, and 653 bodies have been retrieved.
Since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023, the total number of victims has reached 70,942, with 171,195 reported injuries.
The Ministry continues to call for urgent international intervention to enable rescue and medical teams to access affected areas and deliver life-saving care to the wounded and displaced.
