Gaza Herald – Israeli occupation forces carried out a targeted assassination of Ahmed Zamzam, a senior officer in Gaza’s Internal Security, through local collaborators on Sunday morning.
Zamzam was shot in Al-Maghazi camp in central Gaza. Palestinian Interior Ministry sources confirmed the attack and identified it as a direct operation coordinated by Israeli intelligence.
Authorities have arrested one suspect linked to the assassination, while investigations are ongoing to track down other collaborators involved in the killing.
The assassination highlights the continued targeting of Palestinian security personnel under the Israeli occupation, exacerbating fear and instability across the Gaza Strip.
