Gaza Herald – A child was wounded by Israeli army fire Sunday in the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, according to medical sources at al-Ahli Hospital.
The shooting occurred outside the so-called “yellow line,” highlighting continuing risks faced by civilians in areas that were supposed to be safe.
Local emergency crews say the incident represents yet another breach of the ceasefire deal, which was meant to protect displaced families and residents of Gaza’s civilian districts.
Humanitarian workers warn that such attacks come as Gaza’s population endures collapsing infrastructure, a crippled health system, and ongoing displacement, placing children among the most vulnerable victims as fear, injury, and trauma deepen across the Strip.
