Gaza Herald – UNICEF says Israel is blocking 1.6 million syringes and solar vaccine fridges needed for a mass child-vaccination campaign in Gaza, alongside baby-formula bottles stalled since August, turning basic immunization into another front of the ongoing genocide.
The warning comes as health services lie shattered and Israel has violated the ceasefire 282 times, throttling lifesaving supplies and pushing thousands of children into preventable disease amid siege-driven starvation and collapse.
The syringes, along with bottles for baby formula, have been awaiting customs clearance since August, leaving thousands of children at risk as health services in the besieged Strip remain shattered after two years of Israel’s genocide.
