Gaza Herald – Despite claims of increased humanitarian access, Gaza continues to receive largely non-essential aid shipments, with Israel allowing in instant noodles, biscuits, chocolate, and sugary snacks, while blocking critical nutritional essentials such as vegetables, eggs, dairy, and protein.
Residents report that chicken and fresh produce have become nearly impossible to obtain, with hundreds lining up for hours when a shop occasionally receives a small supply, a direct result of Israel’s ongoing starvation policy throughout the ceasefire.
Humanitarian workers say the gap between need and what is allowed in is “massive and deliberate,” warning that malnutrition is deepening across the Strip as the genocide continues under the veneer of a ceasefire.
