UN Probe Documents 16,000 Pieces of Evidence of Israeli War Crimes and Genocide in Gaza

Gaza Herald – A United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry has gathered over 16,000 verified pieces of evidence proving that Israeli forces have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, according to commission member Chris Sidoti.

Sidoti confirmed that the two-year investigation was based on directly collected materials, including authenticated photos, videos, and eyewitness testimonies, verified under UN protocols. The commission identified specific Israeli military units and commanders responsible for atrocities, as well as senior government officials who directly ordered such crimes.

The commission’s findings align with the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrants, issued on November 21, 2024, against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the genocide has so far killed 68,531 Palestinians and injured 170,402, a scale of devastation that the UN commission has documented extensively in its evidence files, serving as yet another damning record of Israel’s systematic extermination of civilians.
