Gaza Herald – Doctors Without Borders (MSF) warned that over one million Palestinians remain trapped in southern Gaza, forced to survive in extremely hazardous conditions on a tiny patch of land.
The humanitarian organization stressed that the combination of mass displacement, ongoing Israeli attacks, and the destruction of hospitals and civilian infrastructure has created a perfect storm for disease and deadly illness.
MSF called on Israeli authorities to immediately allow large-scale humanitarian aid to flow freely into Gaza, emphasizing that the ongoing blockade has left people traumatized, injured, and dangerously exposed to the elements as winter approaches.
The organization warned that without urgent improvements to water, sanitation, shelter, and nutrition, more Palestinians will die from entirely preventable causes, highlighting the extreme human cost of Israel’s two-year-long genocidal campaign.
