Gaza Herald – Gaza Civil Defense warned Friday that nearly 10,000 Palestinians remain trapped under rubble from buildings destroyed during Israel’s genocidal attacks, as the international community shows blatant double standards in responding to Palestinian victims versus Israeli casualties.
Spokespeople said their teams have so far recovered just over 260 bodies, working around the clock with severely limited resources in the face of an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
Civil Defense criticized the slow international response and the lack of urgent intervention to rescue civilians buried under debris, noting that families daily plead for help to retrieve their loved ones.
They stressed that ongoing bombardments, equipment shortages, and lack of modern rescue technologies continue to hinder operations, calling on the global community and humanitarian organizations to provide advanced tools and specialized teams to save lives and recover the killed.
