Gaza Herald – 600 aid trucks will be allowed to enter the Gaza Strip every day, delivering food, medical supplies, fuel, and shelter materials, according to a report by Israel’s Army Radio.
The aid deliveries will be coordinated through the United Nations, accredited international organizations, and the private sector, with trucks expected to move from southern Gaza to the north via Salah al-Din and al-Rashid streets.
In addition, Israel will reportedly allow Palestinian residents of Gaza who left during the war to return home through the Rafah crossing, marking the first such return since October 7, 2023.
Gaza residents will also be permitted to exit to Egypt under the same mechanism established in the January 2025 agreement, subject to Israeli approval and European Union supervision and inspection at the crossing.
According to the report, there will be no limit on the number of people allowed to leave Gaza for Egypt. However, the return process will begin only after a coordination mechanism is reached with Egyptian authorities.
