DaysofPal- The humanitarian situation in Gaza has reached a new level of crisis as the Ministry of Health reports that ten Palestinians, including two children, have died from severe malnutrition and starvation within the past 24 hours.
These deaths bring the total toll from hunger-related causes in Gaza to 313, with 119 of the victims being children. Families trapped under the ongoing blockade face a daily struggle for basic necessities, and the lack of food, clean water, and medical care continues to threaten lives.
Health officials warn that the rate of malnutrition and starvation is accelerating, with children bearing the brunt of the crisis. Many of the victims were already vulnerable due to displacement, ongoing conflict, and the systematic disruption of aid deliveries.
International human rights and humanitarian organizations have described the situation as catastrophic, emphasizing that the use of starvation as a tool in conflict violates international law.
