Israel Continues to Violate Gaza Ceasefire for 191st Consecutive Day

Gaza Herald- The Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement on its 191st day across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Over the past 24 hours, these violations have resulted in the killing of three civilians and injuries to several others in different parts of the territory.

Masoud Bakri Abu Amra, a resident of Deir al-Balah, was killed by Israeli gunfire in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah, in southern Gaza.

Israeli forces also opened fire on a water distribution vehicle in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, killing Mahmoud Eid Abu Warda and his brother Eid Abu Warda, both residents of Jabalia al-Nazla, and injuring two other civilians.

On Saturday morning, Israeli forces resumed gunfire and artillery shelling east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Heavy military vehicles advanced along the so-called “yellow line” near al-Sikka Street, east of the Zeitoun neighborhood in southeastern Gaza City, accompanied by intermittent artillery shelling and intense gunfire from military units.

Israeli forces also demolished several homes east of the al-Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza City.

Gunfire was reported in Beit Lahia and eastern Jabalia in northern Gaza.

Statistics

Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of fatalities has reached 769, with 2,147 injuries reported, and 761 bodies recovered.

Since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, the total number of victims has risen to 72,348, with 172,259 people injured.
