658 Civilians Killed Since Ceasefire Amid Relentless Israeli Attacks

Gaza Herald – The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that Gaza has endured a staggering toll since the start of the Israeli genocide on October 7, 2023, with 72,234 killed and 171,852 wounded.

In the past 48 hours alone, hospitals received seven more bodies and 13 injured, underscoring the relentless nature of Israeli strikes across the enclave.

Scores of victims remained trapped under rubble or stranded in the streets, as overwhelmed rescue teams and civil defense crews struggled to reach them amid ongoing shelling and life-threatening conditions.

Since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, at least 658 Palestinians were killed and 1,754 injured, with 756 bodies recovered from under collapsed buildings.

Authorities also added 91 confirmed fatalities to the cumulative tally after verification by the Martyrs’ Committee, representing victims from early March 2026.

Medical staff and civil defense units continued urgent search-and-rescue missions across Gaza, confronting critical shortages of supplies and equipment as hospitals and clinics lay in ruins from months of intensive Israeli bombardment.
