Gaza Herald- Despite being the 91st day since the ceasefire began, Israeli occupation forces persist in breaching the agreement in Gaza, launching airstrikes and firing heavily from ground vehicles and aircraft. These actions have reignited danger for civilians and escalated tensions, according to local sources and our field correspondent.
Reports from the ground reveal that early Saturday, Israeli forces opened fire in the eastern parts of Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City. Simultaneously, Apache helicopters unleashed heavy gunfire in the northwest of Rafah, southern Gaza.
Further attacks were reported near Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, where occupation vehicles fired towards the east.
In the northern part of the Strip, Israeli warplanes conducted two back-to-back airstrikes within a few hours, alongside helicopter fire targeting the eastern area of Jabalia.
Southern Gaza also came under attack, with Rafah hit by an airstrike, ongoing artillery bombardment, and sporadic gunfire.
According to the Ministry of Health, since the ceasefire was enacted on October 10, 2025, at least 439 Palestinians have been killed and 1,223 wounded, with 688 bodies recovered.
Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, the total number of Palestinian fatalities has reached 71,409, and over 171,304 have been injured.
The Ministry noted that many victims are still trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, unreachable by emergency crews due to continued bombardment and the perilous situation on the ground.
