Gaza Herald- Israeli violations in Gaza have persisted over the past 24 hours, despite the declared ceasefire. On Monday night and into Tuesday morning, Israeli occupation forces launched a series of aggressive actions across multiple areas in the besieged Strip.
One of the most alarming developments occurred in the so-called “Yellow Line” areas, a buffer zone near the separation fence in central and southern Gaza, where Israeli forces demolished several buildings amid intensive drone surveillance and intermittent gunfire.
Simultaneously, Israeli warplanes conducted airstrikes in the eastern parts of Gaza, particularly targeting areas east of Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah. According to local sources, the strikes involved heavy munitions, sparking panic among displaced families sheltering in nearby tent encampments.
The Government Media Office in Gaza documented the killing of 5 Palestinians killed in the last 24 hours, including individuals pulled from beneath the rubble. At least 11 others were injured during the same reported period due to ongoing attacks and sniper fire, while dozens of homes and civilian facilities were either damaged or completely destroyed.
These attacks come amid growing warnings from humanitarian agencies about deteriorating conditions in displacement camps and hospitals. The continued targeting of so-called “safe zones” highlights a systematic disregard for international humanitarian law and the terms of the ceasefire.
