Israel Commits 969 Ceasefire Violations in 80 Days

Gaza Herald – Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli occupation forces committed 969 violations over 80 days, the Gaza Government Media Office reported on Sunday. These breaches left 418 Palestinians killed and 1,141 others wounded.

The violations included 298 direct shootings at civilians, 54 incursions of military vehicles into residential areas, 455 shelling and targeting operations on homes, 162 demolitions of buildings and institutions, and 45 unlawful arrests.

Humanitarian conditions worsened as Israel failed to honor the agreement. Only 19,764 of the 48,000 trucks of aid entered Gaza, averaging 253 trucks daily, just 42% of the expected deliveries, exacerbating critical shortages of food, medicine, water, and fuel.

Fuel shipments were equally insufficient, totaling just 425 trucks out of 4,000, leaving hospitals, bakeries, water, and sewage facilities near paralysis. Extreme weather further collapsed 49 damaged buildings, killing 20 civilians, including two children, while over 127,000 tents were rendered unusable, leaving 1.5 million displaced with minimal protection.

The Gaza Government Media Office held Israel fully responsible for the worsening humanitarian conditions, warning that continued violations undermine the ceasefire and impose collective suffering. Calls went out to the international community and UN agencies to ensure Israel fulfills its obligations and allows the entry of aid, fuel, and shelter materials to prevent further catastrophe.
