Gaza Casualty Toll Rises as Hospitals Report New Injuries

Gaza Herald – Gaza hospitals reported one new Palestinian killed and 13 others injured over the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health, as Israel’s violations continue despite the ceasefire. Rescue teams said additional victims remain trapped under rubble or stranded on roads, with ambulances and civil defense crews still unable to reach them.

Health authorities said that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, at least 395 Palestinians have been killed, 1,088 wounded, and 634 bodies recovered from beneath destroyed buildings across the Gaza Strip.

The ministry added that Israel’s ongoing genocide has killed at least 70,669 Palestinians and wounded 171,165 others since October 7, 2023, the majority women and children.

Hospitals in Gaza confirmed the death of one-month-old Saeed Asaad Abdeen due to extreme cold exposure, bringing the number of Palestinians who have died as a result of the recent cold wave and harsh living conditions to 13, most of them children.
