Gaza Herald – An Israeli warplane targeted a group of civilians in al-Shaghaf neighborhood, eastern Gaza City, killing one Palestinian and wounding others, in yet another violation of the so-called ceasefire.
The attack was the first of its kind. Earlier strikes across the Strip targeted civilians in multiple neighborhoods, wounding more Palestinians and adding to a steadily rising toll.
The Israeli assault is part of the ongoing genocide that has killed more than 69,000 Palestinians since 2023, as Israel continues to violate the ceasefire through airstrikes, drone fire, and artillery attacks across the Strip.
