Gaza Herald – Civil Defense teams in Gaza City have uncovered more than 50 bodies from a mass grave near al-Shifa Hospital, victims of Israel’s genocidal assault on the enclave. Most of the recovered bodies remain unidentified, a grim reminder of the scale of atrocities committed during the siege.
Authorities say there are no forensic tools or DNA testing equipment available due to Israel’s blockade, forcing teams to assign coded numbers to each unidentified victim before reburial in a designated cemetery.
The discovery underscores the catastrophic human toll of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, where thousands remain missing beneath the rubble, and families continue searching for loved ones lost to the destruction.
