Israel Blocks Aid Lifeline, Gaza Faces Deepening Humanitarian Collapse

Gaza Herald – Aid trucks have been left waiting for endless hours at the Kissufim crossing as Israel continues to obstruct humanitarian deliveries into Gaza. Despite the ceasefire agreement allowing 600 trucks per day, fewer than 300 are being permitted entry, with many turned back empty.

The severe delay and restrictions on critical supplies have pushed Gaza’s humanitarian crisis to the brink, leaving millions without adequate food, medicine, or clean water.

Humanitarian groups warn that even 600 aid trucks per day would be insufficient to meet Gaza’s overwhelming needs after two years of genocidal bombardment that obliterated infrastructure and displaced nearly the entire population.

Yet Israel’s blockade and arbitrary delays continue to weaponize humanitarian aid against a starving population, deepening what experts describe as one of the worst humanitarian catastrophes in modern history.
