Gaza Herald – In a direct violation of the ceasefire agreement, an Israeli drone opened fire on civilians in the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis, injuring several Palestinians. Local emergency teams reported that some of the wounded were in critical condition.
The attack marks yet another flagrant breach of the U.S.-brokered ceasefire deal, which was supposed to halt Israel’s genocidal assault and allow for humanitarian access across the Gaza Strip.
The agreement, reached last week between Hamas and Israel, aimed to stabilize the situation and facilitate the entry of aid and medical teams.
However, repeated Israeli violations, including drone strikes, arrests, and obstruction of relief convoys, have further endangered fragile recovery efforts and underscored the collapse of Israel’s commitment to the truce.
