Gaza Herald – Israeli forces continued to violate the Gaza ceasefire agreement on Tuesday, carrying out artillery shelling and opening fire in multiple areas across the Strip, according to local sources.
Witnesses reported heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles east of Khan Younis, accompanied by artillery strikes targeting the southern outskirts of the city.
In northern Gaza, Israeli artillery also shelled the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, as military attacks continued along the eastern areas of the enclave.
The latest incidents follow Monday’s attacks, in which three Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in Israeli strikes targeting Gaza City and the central Gaza governorate.
Israeli forces have continued attacks in Gaza despite the ceasefire that took effect in October 2025, including airstrikes, artillery shelling, detonations inside the so-called “Yellow Line” buffer zone, and ongoing restrictions on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and medical travel.
