Gaza Herald – At least 14 Palestinians, including children, were injured on Monday after Israeli aircraft targeted a civilian vehicle near Al-Ghafri Junction in central Gaza City, as Israeli forces continued violating the ceasefire across the Strip.
Eyewitnesses said an Israeli airstrike struck a civilian vehicle in the area. The Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that its teams evacuated seven injured Palestinians to its field hospital at Al-Saraya, including three serious cases, before the number of wounded later rose to 14.
The attack came as Israeli forces continued their ongoing ceasefire violations through bombardment, gunfire, and demolition operations in several areas of Gaza. A Palestinian man was also injured by Israeli gunfire in Halawa Camp, Jabalia al-Balad, in northern Gaza.
Israeli military vehicles opened fire toward the eastern Al-Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, while heavy artillery shelling continued in eastern Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Israeli forces have continued breaching the October 2025 ceasefire through air and artillery attacks targeting civilian areas, demolition operations inside the so-called “Yellow Line”, and restrictions on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and Palestinians.
According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 1,156 Palestinians have been killed, 3,703 injured, and 802 bodies recovered since the ceasefire took effect. Since October 7, 2023, the overall toll has reached 73,281 killed and 173,811 injured across Gaza.
