Fresh Israeli Detonations and Shelling Across Gaza Strip

Gaza Herald – Israeli occupation forces continued violating the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, carrying out artillery shelling, live fire, and detonations across several areas of the besieged enclave.

According to local sources, Israeli forces conducted controlled demolitions southeast of Gaza City and north of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, while artillery shelling targeted eastern Gaza City.

Israeli artillery also struck areas east of Al-Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza City, as Israeli helicopters opened fire on eastern parts of the city.

Israeli tanks simultaneously fired heavy rounds toward the eastern outskirts of Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

Israel has continued breaching the ceasefire through repeated air and artillery attacks on areas sheltering displaced Palestinians, as well as ongoing demolitions of displaced Palestinians’ homes. Restrictions on the entry of goods, humanitarian aid, and travel also remain in place.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Israeli attacks since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, have killed 1,078 Palestinians and injured 3,474 others, while 799 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble.

The ministry added that the overall death toll since the beginning of the Israeli genocide in Gaza in October 2023 has risen to 73,104 Palestinians killed and 173,582 wounded, underscoring the devastating human toll of the ongoing attack on the Gaza Strip.
